Default should i drive?

well guys my integra was tuned berofe and then i changed my 440 cc to 1000 cc and added edelbrock intake manifold and a stage 4 cc slutch on it. i know i have to retune it but the question is can i drive it to the tunning place? is it safe? i know i am not gonna drive stupid and probally shift every 3k rpm. but with the new injector i am not even sure the car will even stard because it will be dumping too much fuel right? well what you guys think i should do. thanks.

I would put the 440cc injectors back in, drive to the dyno and slap the 1000cc's in there.

dont drive on the 1000s. You can wash out your cylinder walls with excess fuel killing the oil and its lubrication on the cylinder walls resulting in premature piston/ring contact and possible failure.

Can you get a hold of your tuner, and ask for a basemap for the 1000cc injectors?

440's to 1k's is like jumping from stock 240's to 550's. The ecu can manage a 30% jump by itself, a 2x jump with an VAFC, you're looking at a 2.27x increase.

You'd be better off slapping the stock 240's in there, pulling the chip, and taking a clamp off one coupling (bleed any boost that you build). Drive to the dyno, swap to the new components, then be happy. Around here you can rent car dolleys for $37/day, so if you have access to a truck, you could just pull it. I pulled a 95 EX with a newer ford ranger for over an hour, which was just a tad small for the job.
