Starting Problem

I have a 1994 civic with a b16asir2 in it. Recently on some days it will just crank and not turn over durning the day, but at night time it will turn right over.....any ideas why this may be or whats wrong?

next time it don;t start up check if the fuel pump is working..

sounds like a fuel relay..
