my check engine light came on the toher day? anyone have any ideas on what it could be??

saying **** like this will get you flammed, no ones gonna have a clue what it is for. prull the code. if its obd1 jump the service connector under pass. dash. count flashes, short and long. short=1 long=10. then tell what code it is.
if your obd2 then go to auto zone and findout what code it is.

i believe your car is OBD2a...my car is OBD1 and i always use this method as mentioned

its free and once you find the code, come back and check that link posted above and check what it is...
