Default Check engine light, how do you code it?

my check engine light stays on after I start the motor. It does not flash (blink) how do I jump the p13 ECU to find out which code its throwing? There isn't a LED on my ECU and the Check engine light is constant with the motor running or without!

i believe the slow flashes count as 10,
so it sound's like you have a code 26

That is correct, The quick flashes would be considered as counting as ones and the longer flashes would be counted in multiples of ten. HTH
