Default shaking problem when in gear!!!

OK my siter has a 1993 accord lx and when I went to use it one day I notice it shakes really bad in reverse and lil bit in drive...could this possibly be a motor mount???Its dark out and I didnt want to look under it when I was at her house to see if there was a broken motor mount or not but I thought I post here tonight to get some tips to look at on the car if it isnt the motor mounts!....thanks in advance

Could be the engine itelself. I know I had the same problem when the spark plug cylinders were filled with oil. Anything that can cause one cylinder to misfire bad could be a culprit so maybe bad spark plugs or spark plug wires.
Does it only do it when you move? and if so is it worsened when you jump the RPMs up fast?

no cause mine did pass. It doesnt create many pollutants if it misfires. **** gets recirculated through the engine pretty well. I know California is tight but not that tight...
Also realize that if its misfiring in one cylinder it might not be that bad.

yeah, people have said mounts already. But it's better to at least see if it's something else before you go to that. Mounts aren't cheap and aren't usually DIY
