i have a 95 civic w a 98 gsr swap my main relay isnt turning on i changed the relay out and still didint work so i changed the distributor fuel pump and gave the car a full tune up and the car wont start unless i jump the relay but for some reason my ecu blew so i had to replace it does anybody have any help thanks pat
