Default I Need Some Help

allright i got my car running again because last time the timing belt snapped off and ate the valves. right now i have:

91 Civic LX
obd0
D16y7
EBAY TURBO KIT!
T3/T4 TO4E (Ebay!)
SUPER 38MM WASTEGATE W/Softest Spring in (Ebay!)
SUPER 680mm X 460mm X 180mm INTERCOOLER (Ebay!)
SUPER RACE TURBO MANIFOLD STAINLESS STEEL (Ebay!)
Lx Trans
Pm6 ECU
D16A6 IM switching to D15b7 IM W/LS TB
2.5" Piping W/HUDGE Resonator
FMU (EBAY)!
Stock Injectors
obd2 Map W/Missing Link and Ghettofide

thats my gay setup, anyways my question is whats the easiest way of tunning it, also my stock fuel pump is about to take a **** on me and if i was to change it will it make a different. I dont knoe how accurate AF gauges are but sometimes i get a almost lean reading and it scares me. I was wondering if a different o2 sensor will do anything, also because my check engine light turns on because of the o2, Why? and also do i mess with my dizzy? and the obd0 map sensor and obd2 map sensor wire set up the same because im running a obd2 map sensor w/missing link, basically ghetto rigged and it runs better than the oem map sensor because the oem idle surges and rpms are slow when u release the gas pedal.
