In my opinion performance is kind of the same across the board. I loved my skunk-2. But stay away If you don't like them kind of loud.

Buddy Club Spec IV if your looking for something to free up some power for the most part, and have a sound that is somewhat quiet, but you can still hear the difference from a stock exhaust.

if you want loud **** get the buddy club spec 3 or the apex'i gt-spec

if you have an 05-06, the best sound/performer (if kept n/a) for the price is the stock exhaust

for 02-04, get an 05-06 exhaust or a type-r exhaust (if kept n/a)
if you plan on getting a raceheader in the near future
magnaflow, greddy evo2 and many mentioned above will get really loud and raspy at wot
comptech is the worst i've heard in person

i heard a comptech exhaust with a DCRH on an 02-04 it was the nicest sounding rsx-s i have ever heard... it wasnt raspy at all just smooth deep n loud... but it might be that the rsx was supercharged too though

eww...

i wouldn't like a raspy sounding exhaust.

that would just ruin everything.
