when u start the car and get drving after about 15 seconds the check engine light comes on and when u turn it off and then go to jus tprime it so u can jump it the engine light isnt on..only come son when car is running?? any ideas

 

did you get the codes? details on your car too!

I have an ex and the check engine light would come on after it warmed up and when I would shut it off and then restart the car it would go off. I wound up changing the o2 sensor and it eliminated the problem. If I were you though, I would check the codes first, it could be something else than what I did. Hate for you to spend $ on a sensor when it's not the problem. GOOD LUCK!

i swaped my y7 head and intake mani for a y8 and put in a stage 1 cam
