Default turbo help!

i just swapped a jdm H22 into my 4th gen lude and i want a little more power. i want about 250-275 hp. i know probably the cheapest way to do that is to boost it. my question is what all needs to be done to the engine before i boost it. i know u have upgrade the fuel since im introducing more air into the mixture. but what else should i upgrade? also is an ebay turbo kit safe if i only boost it at about 7 or 8 psi? i have searched this question and i just want to know the more experinced tuners input b/c there's alot of mixed information out there and i rather learn from some one that knows what they are talking about. and about how much would a good turbo setup cost?

ebay turbo kit FTL if you want to boost your lude and have it last, do your research and buy QUALITY parts and TUNE.
