'TAK-TAK' NOISE APPEAR NEAR CYLINDER HEAD BETWEEN 1400~2000RPM.
I HAVE REPLACED EVEN CYLINER HEAD, INLET MANIFOLD, METAL BRGS OF BLOCK & CONROD.
BUT STILL NOISE COMING.

ALSO IN TRAFIIC THIS NOISE IS NOT AUDIBLE. BUT CLEARLY AUDBILE IN NORMAL AREAS.

THIS IS 1.8L CIVIC (INDIA)

DO HELP TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

 

Valves?


uhmm what year is this civic?? Dont you have a warranty?

 

Does the caps lock button work both ways in INDIA?

Sounds like the civics in India are havin some pretty serious issues. First this and also the thing about the tensionaire bolt breaking problem.

Could be your injectors I suppose. As originally asked, why is warranty not covering this issue??
