Well, I don't know how many people already know this, but here's a little informative post for ya.
If you have aftermarket wheels, the chances are they were not made specifically for a Prelude and therefore the bore inside the wheel is not an exact fit for you.
What does this mean? When you install the wheels and torque down the lug nuts, the wheel may not end up centered and will vibrate at speed. No amount of balancing will fix this if the wheel is not mounted in the center.
What is the fix? Hubcentric rings in the exact size you need. They are precisely made (to the .1 mm usually) rings that fit the space between your hub and your wheel center bore.
Prelude hubs are 64 mm or 64.1 if that's all you can find, and my Volk wheels ,for example, are 73 mm. So I went on http://www.stores.ebay.com and got some polycarbonate hubcentric rings for about $10 and they are very nice and they fit perfect.
To find my wheels' bore size I used http://www.google.com and https://honda-tech.com (the SEARCH feature)
Here's one of the rings installed on my nasty wheel:

No more vibrations.

very nice
funny...i just went thru a whole box full of hubcentric rings to try to find my size
sucks that i couldnt find any for a couple of my rims....theyre 67.1 and the lude hub is 64.1
so i need a 64.1 - 67.1 hubcentric ring
but i did find some for my other other set of rims...
some plastic ones and a set of aluminum ones by OZ wheels
fits nice
i still need the 64.1 to 67.1 tho

Eh...you sound like you're pretty new to cars, so I would reccomend you do some research on what types/sizes of wheels do what before you blow $500.

For you guys that are asking the bore of wheels that are already on your car.....
take the wheel off and measure!!
- or have the bore measured at a shop or by one of your engineering friends if you aren't comfortable/don't know how.

Yeah, you could do it pretty easy with a dial caliper in mm....probably even with a little ruler

I had them on there for about a year or so and they're nasty with corrosion and such now, so I didn't put them back on. I just ground my calipers down a tiny bit with my best friend the angle grinder
and the wheels don't rub anymore.

Do you remember what they were made of?

He doesn't remember, just that they were some sort of plastic.
Here's another thread about it.

I run plastic ones on my street wheels, and have never had a problem though, although I haven't had them for long. I put my r-comps on my old stockers so I don't have a hub ring need there.
YMMV

Sorta off topic, but I helped my friend bore some TL-R wheels to fit his Legend.
I didn't get any good pics because he sold the car.

That same friend didn't put the rings on his girlfriends car and it didn't have any vibration problems. My guess is that once the wheel is bolted down tight you could melt some hub rings w/o worries. That is till you wanted to remount them
