Default ***HELP*** why am i still getting boost creep?

Ok I bought the first ever lovefab b-series turbo kit. The kit never crept on cody's car but I'm getting massive boost creep.
Setup:
Mini-me eq manifold
gt3071r.
Tail 38mm waist-gate, 4lb spring/small yellow.
3" downpipe to a 3" thermal exhaust, no cat.
81.5mm ITR block, 9.2-1 comp.
stock ITR head.
AEM EMS.

The car would hold 4/5lbs of boost until vtec/4800 rpm, then slowly rise to 13/14lbs by 8k rpm.
I then switched to a tial 44mm and it would hold 6/7lbs until vtec then will go to 13/14 by 8k rpm.

Cody's setup was a stock gsr block and only 2.5" exhaust. and held boost with the 38mm. even with my bigger exhaust there should be no reason for this much boost creep... Is there something I'm overlooking???

right out of the box dyno pull with the 4lb spring

Pic of the manifold? Particularly around the WG/collector area. I'm assuming no boost control other than the spring?
Simply put...the turbine is the path of least resistance even when the WG is open causing the over boost. Might want to check your lines running to the WG as well. Make sure you don't have the top port connected to anything.

Pic's up. no boost controller until i can get it to stop creeping, yes I'm just using the spring. Line to the waistgate is fine, no more than 1.5' long from the turbo housing to the waistgate. I was thinking of running a cat, or welding a small lip inside of the collector thats angled to direct more exhaust flow toward the waistgate. Is there any other posibilitys that I'm not thinking of?????????

No MILs. Using rc 750's saturated, walbro hp pump and all else stock. controlling them is a AEM EMS.
