well i have this problem with my EF. my rear brake lights are always on. when ever my car is off or on the rear brake lights are on. anyone know what to do?

 

check the switch on top of the pedal.

 

sounds to me like your brake switch needs to be adjusted... It screws in on the top of the pedal, and the pedal should push the little button on the end when the pedal is NOT depressed. Sometimes the switch unscrews a bit and the button is never pressed... I really think all you need to do is adjust the switch. dont go changin parts !
