which is better??

ground control and some tokico shocks??

Tokicos dont do well with the ground control spring rates. Konis and Ground Controls would do you pretty well though.

of those 2...tein hands down...

but when i was in the market for coilovers, tein basics were my choice...but now for that price you can get k-sports...which i would have gotten if they were out...

TEIN Basic's aren't that fantastic, so I'd say that they are better than TEIN Basic's.
