I want to swap the stock intake manifold on my d16 for the manifold pictured and
I was wondering how easy this will be and what additional parts i will need

You'll need a new gasket.. Everything else you should be able to salvage from the current intake manifold I would assume.

Is that an OEM intake manifold? If so, then you'll just need a new intake manifold gasket. If not, you may need some other stuff.

Changing intake manifolds is not the easiest job, from what I've seen.

 

So you are changing from a D16Y7 to a D16Y8 manifold... correct?

 

Yeah, I have the d16y7 and want to swap to the d16y8 intake manifold because it flows better and it will allow me to put in a strut bar in
