I'm planning to get an 2000 USDM ITR shell that has a a 2000 JDM ITR motor, can any help me to identify if its legit, anything would help. I dont want to get jipped. I've searched specs, JDM itr vs usdm itr, ect. Please help a guy out thanks!

check to see if it says B18C5 or B18C. if it has the 5 at the end, then its a usdm motor, if not then its a jdm motor. i would make sure that all the vin #'s match on the swap and chasis and also do a carfax.

i'm just asking about the motor, whats the differences in the JDM ITR and USDM, what to check for when i look at the car to see that its a real JDM ITR and such.
