Default debagded rsx..trouble taking off leftover adhesive!!

well i decided to take my acura and rsx-s bagdes off cuz i have some jdm bagdes on the way and after i took off the acura bagde there was alot of adhesive from the double sided tape or w/e stuck on there and i cant seem to just rub it off. any ideas on how to remove it without scratching the paint???

On your car it shouldn't be too bad because it's new, I've done it on my 96/97 accords

Goo Gone
91% Rubbing Alcohol
WD-40
etc


All of those should work fine

gas or 3m adhesive remover or goo gone but it doesnt work the best. use a hair dryer to heat it up to help

I used lighter fluid (something the effect of gas like sillyboy said)

i used nail polish remover and a shop cloth . took 10 minutes.

definitely dont use gasoline or wd-40. it might take the paint off and you dont want that

Mineral Spirits did the trick for me...took about 5 minutes.

Pour Goo Gone liberally on it, let it set for 5 minutes, wipe it off.

if you have some scratch remover that works great anything that has a compound base will work great

try goo-gone! i got rid of my vtec badge with it before. you couldnt even tell it was there.
