my car is throwing a code 12

after installing my audio system yesterday, my car threw a CEL, i dunno what i did wrong. car specs, 93 si w/gsr and t3/t4 turbo tuned on crome

how would that happen? all i did was ran a power wire thru the firwall and installed a new deck in the car

You get 12 half second long flashes in a row??
Code 12 is one full second flash, followed by 2 short flashes.
