Default chipped ecu questions

does anyone know
what happen to pgmfi.com

Ive been trying to read up on how to chip my ecu, and everyone says to go to that site.
but its not working for me for two days.

also is it worth tuning?
i Have a h22a in a eg hatch with intake exhaust and ported stock header.
currently not running the iab's.
Its running of a p13.

I have a auto p28 that im converting to five speed and the gonna put a chipset in.
and probably use uberdata. I also have a po6 that im gonna convert to 5 speed and add vtec.

Help is very apreciated. thanks

maybe because it's http://www.pgmfi.org

with your iab's removed you're probably losing some midrange. so some tuning could help clean that up.
