You will need to swap out the seat pans because the rails will not fit.
Do a search for S2k seats in a Civic, I know there was a very detailed write up about that. The process is exactly the same, only replace S2k with GSR, and Civic with del Sol.

Hmmm... Don't the seats sit up higher than stock with that setup? If you swap the pans they will sit at OEM height.
Besides, the del Sol seats are the safest and most comfortable of any Civic based platform OEM seat, why get rid of them?

They are not really comfortable for me, everyone else likes them.. they don't have enough cushion in my opinion.. I like the GSR/RSX/S2K though

And by inner, you mean outer...
The inner rails are exactly the same. I know this because my Mugen seat rails (made for the EG or DC2) only half fit in my del Sol. The inner rails fit perfectly, but the outer rails are different. I still haven't fully modified them to fit, and when I figure out how to bust the rivet out of the Mugen rail, I will just try swapping the rails around.
On the del Sol rail, the outer rear mounting point is flat to the surface of the floor. On the Civic/Integra rail, the outer rear point is angled. Hence why I say, swapping the pan is the best solution. The seat will still sit at OEM height, and provide OEM mounting locations.

Then this is an illusion of comfort. The S2k seat uses almost the exact same cusion setup as the del Sol, similar bolstering and contours with the primary difference being the head-rest and the seat cover.
