Taste of what I do at school [RIT]: Magazine Project
Well im bored. So here is a lil taste of what i do at my school, RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). My major is New Media:IT, its kinda like straight IT with a touch of art added for good measure. This was for one of the more artsy classes, New Media Publishing. We learn about page layout, publishing, binding, blah blah.
Im a senior now but this project is from my junior year. We were supposed to make a 8 -10 page magazine, topic could be of our choosing, the school just supplied the printer to print it on, we had to do the rest. We were partnered up for the project, i did the first half of the magazine and the inner back page my partner did the latter half (wrx feature) and the back ad is ripped from a retail magazine. We just took photos using our crappy 3mpx digital cameras but im pretty happy with how it came out... big thanks to b18ctrb for comin out and supplying us with a much needed 3rd car!
Anyway heres how it turned out... dont bother trying to read the body text, its just filler

hahah i think i posted a PDF of it last year when i finished it [making it an interactive pdf was part 2 of the project] but i guess downloading the pdf was too much work... only got like 2 replies
