when i drive the car the fan doesn't come on,as sonn as i turn the car off the fan kicks in,i just changed the fan relay today,it didnt help at all.when i turn the car off the fan comes on and off and it keeps repeating like that,everytime the fan comes on the fan relay makes a clicking noise.someone help me i cant figure out the problem.
