95LX not starting occasionally
Forewarning, this could be an awful problem description, but I'll do my best ...
My 95 LX accord with 215K miles on it has twice in the last week not started on me after sitting through the night. The temperature outside wasn't particularly low, only around 30 or so.... it's been through worse and colder temperatures lately.
When I turn the key, it sounds normal and keeps trying and trying, but it just never starts. I thought the first time I was out of gas, but it turned out I had 3 gallons left. The second time I had about 12 gallons in the car. Both times, I just let it sit for about 10 more hours then went and tried it again and it starts right up as if nothing happened. It's only happened twice, so I can't really find a pattern ... and luckily both times it was actually convenient for me that it didn't start, but I would like to address this before it happens at an inopportune time.

How good is your battery? A weak battery can turn a car over, without starting it -- which may happen when the air temp is cold. Turn your headlighs on -- are they nice and bright?
How good (clean) are the battery connections?
Do you get gas? If you turn the ignition key a bit, without trying to start the car, do you hear a slight hummnig sound as your fuel pump begins to work? Gas smell or lack of it after cranking would also give you a clue about the fuel system.
Do you have spark? Pull off one plug cable, stick a nail in it, and place it against the block. Try to start the engine. Do you hear a crackling (zap) sound? If no, you have no spark and an ignition problem.
These pointers should start you out.
