Default Compression #'s for B18B1

Hey whats up guys. Wondering if anybody could tell me the compression #'s for a stock B18B1. I've searched but cant find anything on it. Thanks.

170ish to 199 is fine... If the motor is in decent shape youre probably going to fall into the high 180's low 190 range..

Also the numbers should be consistant.

I know they should be consistent I just wasnt sure where they should be at all. I've always had cars with VTEC and those were always higher. Thanks for the input though.

Are all compression testers created the same? What I mean is will a $50 compression tester will have the same accuracy of a $200+ tester?

What are some reliable brands?

all compression test will result differently

just make sure the car is very warm before you do the test, and pull your ecu fuse out before you perform the test to avoid spark and letting fuel enter the motor

as long as each cylinder is within 10% of eachother then you have no major problems
