What MC are you using? If you are using the stock one, the pedal will have to travel further to fill the larger calipers. If you have to pump the pedal to get good pressure than you have air in the lines or your MC is bad.

If you have to pump the pedal up then you could still have air in there. Ive had the same problem before, bled the brakes 4 times till I got all the air out. They can be a bitch to bleed sometimes. Did you bench bleed the MC? Is the MC new or used?

Bench bleed the MC before you install it, it takes a while but if you don't do it you iwll have air in the lines...also you need to bleed the brakes in a proper order, i believe it is DR,PF,PR,DF (D=Drivers Side R=Rear etc...) try that and then see if that helps

MC has to be removed to bench bleed you can't do it on the car...you need to push the piston in further than it acctually goes in when you push the pedal, it sucks but you have to do it, maybe 1 out of 10 times you can get away with out having to do it but its rare...remove it bench bleed and then bleed the brakes in the order I posted before and see if that fixes it
