lug nut convertion

i need some help. i got a 95 ex accord with 4 lug nut but i want 5 lugs like of 05 accords. can any one help me?

in a nutshell you need ..

Odyssey knuckles in the front. (knuckle, hub, rotor, bearing)

Prelude 97+ VTEC wheel hub only in the rear.
