Default My car got murdered today! ( I hate OLD PEOPLE!!!)

Well today I got smashed by an 88 year old woman. She took a turn right in front of me from the center lane. I had right of way and she is at fault for the accident. I'm waiting the adjuster to come look and decide whether it is totalled or not but I'm guessing it is.

Looking for another one, preferably stock and either white, black or dark red. Must be a manual tranny and I would like but it doesn't have to have a grey interior. Thanks guys.

Yea it sucks because it still runs perfect. It is prolly going to be totalled even though the strut tower isn't even touched. I just finished with the new stereo last week too...

Any one know what I am allowed to do parts wise before they take the car. I want to keep my limited edition P1s and I'd like to keep my system for the next project. And I def have to keep the ferio interior. AHHHH this sucks... and I only dented her muffler and the back bumper. My car went under her 98 camry when I braked, I have fairly stiff springs and the bumper still managed to drag on the ground when I stopped. The car was towed to my house so let me know what I can get off the car.

*edit* Yea I'm watching for the lowballing adjuster, I'm a scary 18 year old guy and I have all the reciepts for everything so I should be good. She's not gonna believe how much money is in the car, and she's gonna have to give me alot of it.

you can take whatever you want off the car.. my friend got hit by a 18 wheeler. so before the tow truck came to get the car from his house. we stripped whatever we wanted.. just make sure it can still roll

Should I leave it all in for the adjuster to see or should I strip it now? I can take the engine and everything though right? As long as it has a set of steelies I should be good right? Never been in a wreck before its very frustrating.

after the adjuster comes, take whatever you want but you gotta leave the motor.. you can take starter/dizzy/alternator.. small stuff, these cars usually go to auctions or sold to junk yards. we took the suspension out of the ef.. i forgot what we used to hold it up so it would roll. and took the shifter, interior and dash pieces, brakes. but if you get it trouble it isnt my fault lol.. but thats what we did

If you have the stock interior... start swapping. And keep your wheels OF COURSE. Just put on some steel. You might have to let the motor go. Take all your stereo **** out. It doesnt have to have a radio at all when it goes... they cant prove it did when you wrecked it.
