Default help with car not starting

I had a few electrical things to take care of today. I reset the SRS light and I was wiring in a potentiometer since my ECU is looking for a fuel tank sensor that my certain year car doesnt have.

I finished and my car won't start. It wont even crank. When I try, my climate control lights turn off ( not fade ) and a single click under the dash can be heard.

All my fuses are good and my battery seems to be fine since my stereo plays crisp and loud. I don't think it's my ECU because I unplugged it to try to crank the engine.

I need some help.

The car is a '97 Civic w/ a GSR swap and a USDM p72 obd2a ecu

Obviously the car won't start without the ecu but it will crank. How do i know? Because I cranked the car while unplugging the ecu to push oil in my oil cooler that I just installed.

Would the main relay just go out all of a sudden? The car was working fine earlier. BTW, where is the main relay @ me

Any recommendations? Any fuses I might want to recheck? Anything?
