Default pic request - 205/55/15 tires

Anyone have this size tire on their car? It doesn't seem like a popular choice but I'm considering it. Yeah, you don't get tires for the look, but ****, I'm still a little concerned...

Thanks in advance.

What car are they going on? what width wheels?

Those tires are big.

15" Racing Harts, 6.5" wide. The other choice was 205/50/15, but I want to see how 55's... 55 is the profile of the stock tire, that's why I'm curious.

55 is on a 14" stock rim though isnt it? also, wouldn't the bigger tire screw with you speedometer slightly? i say get the 205/50's.

205/50/15 or 195/55/15 would be best for u

It's gonna look really bulky. And your speedometer will be off.

Assuming you have a 97+ civic

I am also trying to see whqat the 205 50's on a 15x6.5 wheel would look like on a 99-00 coupe?

It's an integra btw...

Stock GS-R blades come on 55's and they're 15" wheels.

I never understood this. Why would you widen the tire and not maintain the profile?

And no, my speedo will not be messed up, it's actually messed up right now because I'm on 50's.

Im running them on some LS's right now. Great for driving, but looks wise, it's not the best.

^^ thanks for the pics. Hmm... not sure if I can get down with those looks. They don't look bad, just chunkier than I expected. I asked because I'm moving in April to Detroit... I was over there over summer and my wheels took a beating so I thought 55's might add a bit more protection, but I think I'll tough out 205/50's.

wouldnt a narrow tire do much better in the snow, like a 195/50 then a 205/55?
