Paid $250 for product through paypal on the 12/12/06
Got the runaround about how he was to busy to ship it. Finally created a shipping order(which doesn't mean it has been picked up or dropped off at fedex location) and after he created this shipping order, told me it was shipped and i should receive it shortly.

Called Fedex and they told me that it was never picked up or dropped off at fedex location for shipment.

Contacted N1_55 and he told me that fedex must be busy and then i started to get worried because obviously he was lying about shipping it. I threatened to file claim with paypal when he finally said that he would ship it out that day and to check tracking # that night.

He did ship it on the 21st of december which is 9 days after i paid and I finally got the package today Jan 3/07 and all i got was the tie bar. Look at the box, it's huge and couldn't fit a sway bar. Why the hell would you ship just a tie bar in such a big box? The shipping label said 20 lbs. but the box weighed 2 pds.



I want my money back or exactly what i ordered. How hard is that? I know a lot of you have dealt with N1 CONCEPTS but this is BS.

I will take this thread down as soon as the problem is resolved.

(8:44 AM 12/28/2006) sokdo321: your package was never sent to me. i called fedex and they said you created the package label but they never picked it up. whats up with my comptech bar. this is making me worried even more now. if you do not send the bar to me by friday... i will file a paypal claim. let me know what's up on ur end.

(12:57 AM 12/29/2006) sokdo321: called fedex again.... they don't have the package and they said you created the shipping label but never had it dropped off or picked up for delivery. tomorrow is friday and if that package is not sent tomorrow, you can send me my money back. it looked as though you had a good reputation with HT but this is making me very doubtful. i've waited a long time to get this setup and i can no longer wait before i have to take action to get my money back or the bar. let me know what you want to do. you have till tomorrow evening to do something about this.

Your photo is to small for me to read, but does the shipping label happen to say 1 of 2 on it? Maybe he shipped in 2 boxes so not to scratch your ****???

I know I bought from him, value of 600 and I got my stuff. Have patience..

i'm not calling anyone a scammer. i just think it's ridiculous how long it took and now to get only part of my order is just wrong.

yeh bro i feel your frustration. I just bought a mugen bumper from ken. took a week after i paid for it for him to ask for my shipping address again. then i got the fedex email with tracking about a label was created. a week later i still didnt have it or fedex updated. i called ken and he said it was shipped and fedex must be slow to update. then called the day it was supposed to be here if it was shipped because i hadnt got it. so i called ken the next day and he said he sent an email. he didnt send an email but i checked that original tracking # email and it had been shipped shortly after our conversation. I got the box and it was shipped good just took 3 weeks to get after payment was made. I think he will clear it up, but he's just slow at shipping and not very upfront bout it being shipped.

 

i've been scammed.....doesnt feel good (not saying N1 is a scammer)

seems like i'm not the only one that has had problems. good seller to some but to others it's about frustrations and not getting what we paid for.

 

been contacted by n1_c55 but have not gotten a tracking # which he said he would ship out next day. I am on top of this and this will all be deleted as soon as i get ALL my stuff.

 

That sucks, you would think since N1 has his own business that he would figure out how to run **** proper but I guess not. Good thing I didn't get the set of wheels off of him from NWP or maybe I would have only gotten two wheels or something with no tires.

yeh it took me a long time to get it but i did recieve it packaged properly too. I hope he ships it out soon to help save some face here... what a way to turn off potential buyers.

 

ken is a good seller. i have purchased a lot of things from him and N1 before without any problems. i guess it also helps that i am local, but they are legit.. keep in mind that it is/was the holiday season, and things are hectic for everybody.. so he might not have had the time to get stuff taken care of..
