Before you boost your car make sure your motor is healthy. Do a compression and leak down test. The last thing you want to do is spend money boosting and then experiance a ton of problems afterwards and not be able to enjoy the car. And on top of that having to spend more money to fix the car.
As far as purchasing a turbo kit for a good price, you can:
Buy a used kit from here in the classifieds
Piece together a custom kit yourself (new or used)
Buy a new kit (full-race, peakboost, revhard, drag, greddy).
Also, since it doesn't seem like you know much about turbos and what not I would do some more research. A good place to start is here;
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1024174
And please actually do some research, that link I provided has lots of good info and is a good place to start.

What makes you say that? Granted ebay turbo kits are crap but not everything on ebay is crappy.

I have purchased Neuspeed Springs, Koni Yellow shocks, Ingalls camber kit, CAI, K&M filter, Magnaflow muffler, Carsound Cat, resonator, blah, blah, blah, from Ebay, all at better prices than any vendor after much research. Just buy quality parts, read descriptions carefully, and read seller ratings and feedbacks.
To the OP, do some research and buy your parts individually. This will allow for you to have top quality parts while catching them on sale.

not all of the turbo parts on ebay are trash...The WG's are fine (being that you do your own quality control before you install it). BOV's fine, its a BOV come on...FMIC's (some are ok not all)...Compressor housings etc. It's about knowing the level of possible error in what youre purchasing.

My ebay intercooler is working great but I admit my ebay greddy type s caused too much compressor surge so I replaced it with a authentic Greddy type RS.
That kit isnt good , but that doesnt mean everything off ebay is bad . Half my turbo setup is off of ebay and my car runs great and pulls strong .
Call me a ricer but i like that exhaust it comes with
