I have a bone stock sohc vtec eg coupe. My speedo began acting up in the morning. it wouldn't work at all until it warmed up. then it would be fine. sometimes it would throw a cel. i've replaced the entire speed sensor assy and still i have a code 17 cel. i have power going to it and when i rotate the front wheels my voltage rises. i'm not sure what to do from here. any help would be appreciated.
