does anyone know where i could find the vacum line? i know it somewhere near the carb but where exactly is it?

There's no carburetor on the EM2, it's fuel injected.

 

oh yea i knew that.... so if i was to pour some sea foam into the carb, where would i put it then?

The fuel tank.

Much obliged, but no I'm not.

 

You can either pour it into the gas tank, or disconnect the brake booster line and pour it in there, pouring torwards the engine side of the line.
