there should be a nut thats part of the bolt in the middle, you can put a wrench on and it will stop spinning, on a teg there is anyway.

Yup, that threaded bolt is hollow on the inside, it accepts an allen/hex key ( I dont know what size, looks like rust is gong to make it difficult anyway) and then use an open end or box wrench or one of those new geared wrenches to take it off.

The allen key inside the stud is rounded out.
Even if you get it off, youd never get it back on. Buy new links (aftermarket are cheaper)

A pair of new control arms (from Honda) is only $100. I'd probably sawzall the things off. If you F up, you're only $100 away from driving again.

Drive an easy out into the open hole it might gice you the bite you need to get the nut off. If it still will not come off use a saws all or grinding wheel to cut it off

some advice on function7 links...
Get some nylon washers and place them between the joint, where it contacts itself (when installed)
Eliminates "knocking" noise

It's real easy. Between the boot and the LCA there is a round "ledge". Get a good set of pliars (I used RoboGrip pliers because they're thin and grip hard) and grab hold of that ledge. Then using the appropriate socket loosen the nut.

Since you have a lot of rust it's a good idea to soak the nut with PBBlaster about 1/2 hour beforehand.

I second that, cut/drill them out, it was the only way I got mine off... And if you think that is hard, try putting those OEM ones on, when you have to tighten it with nothing to hold on the other side..... my do-over would be non OEM
