im just curious what everyone else does with their old engines, or useless ls heads and stuff once they do swaps and have all these extra parts clutering their garages. I seem to have accumulated a lot of junk, im hoping one day there will be a use for it, I hate to throw it away. oh well...

 

do you have any motormounts from a 94 ls? I need the cast metal part that bolts to the block on the drivers side, and possibly the metal piece at the rear of the engine by the firewall. thanks.

 

ive got them, but i need them for when my block gets built, and i sell my b16a shortblock, because im going to sell the shortblock with mounts. sorry

 

well I'll have to try and find some here somewhere.

 

I had fun with my cx engine. It had 210k miles on it and i couldnt pay some one to take it away, plus mom was starting to bitch about it sittin in our driveway. I took the head apart to see how it worked and then pashed up the rest w/ my boys sledge. Got the tranny apart and other stuff. Kept a valve some gears and the camshaft. Good way to release anger.
