alright here it goes i just did a wire tuck but barely cut any wires i am trying to start the car but the starter isnt kickin in. i read 8.0volts at the starter cable and 12 volts inside at the engine harness side of the plug. so somewhere between the wire voltage is being lost. now does the starter need the
ignition coil hooked up to amplify the voltage???
-right now i have no distributor coil, or plugs so is the starter dependent on these things to turnover???

-STARTER is good!
