Default bad head gasket?

i replaced my head gasket with another oem one when i upgraded my head studs last summer. now i find a lot of oil around my spark plugs and a slight oil drips around the bottom of the head. still runs fine and smooth but it's eating oil. could it be the rings? how would you know?

well i'll give it a try, the oil seems in the cylinder not on top of the plug. comp test read left to right 1- 200psi, 2- 190psi, 3- 185psi, 4- 200psi,
