I can't open the front hood of my Acura CL

I CAN pop the hood, but when I go to pull the latch at the front of the car it doesn't budge. What can I do to solve this problem?

the cable came off the bracket which you can access through the hood,look for the cable in the center of the grill and you shi=ould see the cable,if the cable is not connected to the bracket just pull it to the passenger headlight and it should open good luck.
