Default good headlights for HID?

would these headlights work for HID without the glare of reflector headlights?

i would just have to get the 9006 HID kit for my car right?

also which one do you all think would look better with depo jdm style corners?

im thinking the first ones...just seeing what other people think

is it worth it to get projectors with HID or will the OEM ones just perform a little bit less then the projectors or will there be a huge difference because i like the look of the jdm headlights more than the projectors above?

anyone know?

if you use OEM housings you will blind the crap out of oncoming drivers and the police can issue a ticket for crap like that.....

most of the aftermarket headlights (either projector or reflector) are made in taiwan. however, sb told me the prejector lens are not quite good quality ones. i prefer jdm reflector lights too. i think it would not produce as much heat as the projector headlight does especially when u use HID......

i never tried projector light, but i think u won't notice any difference if u use standard globes. however, the effective light output of HID may be slightly different depends on different headlights. so whether the projector will outperform or not depends on the quality of its lens. based on what i know, the only advantage of projector is that it has a clear cut off of light and it won't blind other drivers. anyway, i prefer reflector lights with the ultra clear cover just like the JDM one. well i think you'd better do more reasearch and ask more people who have installed one of those projector lights before u buying them.

i still use OEM ones, and plan to replace with JDM style headlights
i use D2S type globes, however, it is not recommended to be used in reflector lights, so i have already adjusted them down a bit.
