Default sway bar.

98 ek hatch wondering what would be better with the asr subframe- the ctr sway or the itr. what could i use for a front sway bar? also i did a rear disk conversion so now what would be the better one?

what are the sizes? 96 spec itr was 21mm IIRC and the 98 spec was 23mm. I am not exactly sure what the CTR spec rear sway was but it is probably the same. If it were me (and it will be soon) I would go with the ASR subframe and the ITR sway (98 spec if I could get it or maybe 96 spec if it were for a really good price). The CTR sway is probably gonna be more $ than the ITR one and probably has the same specs. GOod luck.

usdm itr is 22mm
jdm itr is 23mm

ctr is 22, i believe

youre not going to notice 1mm of thickness...get whichever is cheaper

Do they come with endlinks? The ITR endlinks will not work on your car. Both the CTR and ITR need the ctr endlinks or si endlinks or cr-v endlinks

damn... also remember you will not be able to sell the sway bar without also selling the endlinks (and visa versa) due to charleston enlarging the endlink holes to make their endlinks work with the oem bar.(unless they have changed to some new method)
and if the swaybar endlink inserts wear down you can only get the parts through charleston.

i feel sorry for you ek chassis owners nothing is ever plug and play or interchangible...
