I have 13s on my car and I want to drop it. What's the best lowering srpings to go with? I don't want to slam it, just get rid of that huge gap and have a comfertable ride.

 

Eibach Prokit for a mild drop and Eibach Sportlines for a more aggressive drop.
I also recommend Tein S-Techs.

 

Are Sprint any good?

Progressive rate Very good support & not bouncy. These provide the lowest drop available, very low! There is a risk of front tire rub, but feel great on the highway.

Recommendation: Performance strut upgrade to control increased spring rate

 

I had H&R Sport. Don't forget some shocks too. Since I assume your car is old, and you got it used.
