How to get rid of this outline?

Default How to get rid of this outline?


As you can see i removed my si emblem and there seems to be an outline around it...not a sticky one but a hard one as though it was clear coat. The same thing is around my dohc vtec sticker above my sideskirt...how could i get it so that outline it gone so the paint will be smooth??
Yeah i know the rear is messed up...stupid shop doing my engine drove another car into it!

i'd be less worried about the sticker residue and more worried about the broken taillight and quarter panel

Well if you say its not sticky residue from the sticker its possible that it is clear from being repainted. If it is clear than its from the sticker being taped off if it was painted. If it is clear than it will need to be sanded down and buffed.

But try some goo gone first like stated. Just incase

seriously the best thing to take any glue/adhesive residue off.

Very true. I would just take some hot soapy water to it myself.
