90-91 Wiring Question
Ive looked threw all my manuals online and paperback, i cant find a good diagram for the 2 clear plugs on the drivers side strut tower
i know the green one goes into the injector resistor box, but the clear round and square plugs i dont know about, is there a secondary harness on the firewall that goes to the purge valve and map sensor?

Assuming that your car is a USDM 90-91 integra (generation 2), and that the B16 is from an OBD0 JDM Integra Xsi (PR3 ecu), you should not touch the resister box and the wiring that comes from behind the drivers side firewall which attaches to it. What you are doing is just essentially:
-Using your B18A1 engine harness and it's electronics (including all of the wiring) to control the B16a.
-You should replace the B16's engine harness (the harness, etc. that is attached to the engine when you got it) with the engine harness from your B18A1. Treat the B16a as if it were a B18.
Everything you need to install the B16a is in your engine compartment and is on the old B18. Don't add anything except for the additional stuff for VTEC. You should be able to plug the B18 connectors into the resistor box connectors just as if you were reinstalling another B18.
I hope this helps!

B16? because the motor pictured is not a B16 and nowhere did i mention i have a DA integra either
i just want to know what thoes wires go to, i would search "DA" for engine bay pics but since the search sucks *** and you cant search for anything less than 4 letters

Well first off, I couldn't tell which kind of motor it was. Secondly, I noticed that the thread title was "90-91 wiring." So what was I supposed to think?
Those connectors look like engine harness connectors. They look like the ones right there at the top of the firewall, or at least that is how they are on DA integra's.
We need more info on which motor and chassis you are dealing with. This would help everyone out tremendously.

this is all i needed to know, thanks
so they run back to the ECU, and i assume some of the gauges

ok on another note, does anybody have the wiring diagrams for the 90-91 Teg, ive got one listed 90-93, but its only showing 92-93 because of the non-resisted, injectors
haynes are garbage...helm's or chilton's are always better....search http://www.hondahookup.com and you should find a manual for what you need
