310ish, depends on a lot of things, tuning is the biggest factor

x2, assuming a good tune.

(8000rpm*109ci*95% Ev)/3456 = 17lb/min * 1.68 = 28.59 lb/min

Assuming the semi-accurate ratio of 10hp/lb of airflow ~= 290 hp, then add a bit more/less for timing changes.........

ok guys i should be getting my motor by today. Ordered big 600 whp intecooler and aluminum radiator for it.
Here is my setup again

Fully built Ls Vtec motor
Turbonetics T3 T4 hybrid
Wiseco 8:8:1 cr
Eagle H Beam Rods
Ferrae Valves
Itr Lsd Tranny

I will get it tuned on the dyno jet on 10ilbs of boost for daily driver. Im aiming high 12's on 1/4 mile on my ek hatchback, full interior.
Will the bigger intercooler cause turbo lag??
I know I should run the gsr tranny, but hell found itr tranny for good deal, plus the lsd will give me advantage when it comes to launching. Hopefully I wont be spinning tires like crazy on my slips.
Ill post dyno numbers when the shop get it running

when you say fully built, how extensive are you talking?

cause with the right injectors, you could make well over 300 whp if its sleeved... but if u want 10 psi.. 300 is my guess..
i made 320whp on 11-12 psi in my EG and ran 12.0 with an open dif..
with LSD and 300 u should be able to get low 12s no problem also..

with some seat time, high 12's is EASY, low 12s arent too hard, and 11's are very possible

u can make far more power on your motor and still be safe. its all in the tune. u can should run 10lbs daily but tune for high boost. u setup should be able to make close to 400hp on pump and be safe. check sig for my setup, somewhat different here and there but u'll get the point....

If you have stock sleeves with forged pistions and billet rods i wouldnt go past 18psi Tuning will be key to getting 400 pump.

Im going to try to do this with A/C

Dont want to jack the thread but since were on the subject of traction what boost controller could let me do different boost levels in different gears...does Chrome have that feature?
