Default Fuel Pump Problem... works sometimes

I have a 93 civic with a b16 swap. I am running a walboro fuel pump and havent had any problems untill about a week ago. I stopped to get gas and the fuel pump wouldnt turn on. I tinkered with it for a couple of hours and it started, but I didnt do anything when it kicked on. Ever since the fuel pump will come on every now and then. I thought it was the relay so I bought a new one it isnt it. The fuel pump is getting power, I think all of the grounds are good, all of the fuses are good, fuel pump itself seems fine. I dont know whats wrong I checked everthing and I am stumped. Any help would be great.

Yes I replaced the main relay and the same thing happens. The car wont start becuase the fuel pump isnt working. I turn the key and keep trying and sometimes the fuel pump will kick on and car runs fine without any problems. Its the initial charge to the fuel pump for it to prime
