hey guys i'm changing my rear drivers side brakes tonight cuz they are beat! any diagrams or pictures of procedures to help me along my way?

c'mon guys. help me out... i know how to do front brakes, but not once have i done rear brakes...........

Use a couple 12mm bolts to get the drum off,[threaded holes in drum] then spray it all down with 1/2 can of brake clean. Don't breathe that dust crap it will turn your hair grey.
hold the adjuster lever out of the way and screw the adjuster bolt all the way in to collapse the brake shoes as far as possible, then I clamp vise grips on the backing plate'lip' to keep the shoe from moving too far while getting the upper return spring off, next is the retainer clips on the pins to actually get the shoes off the backing plate. Good idea to peel back the slave cylinder boots to check for leakage.
Have fun with the U-clip on the parking brake arm!!
I use antiseize on the backing plate where the shoes rub and on the adjusterbolt, also on the ends of the shoes where they rest in the top and bottom slots.
Put it all back together and adjust the shoes out till you have a slight drag when turning the drum.
