I am putting in new seals for the spark plug seals and can't get the rockers off.

I have ALL of the bolts loosened and it won't budge.

The faq said that the cam would pop up due to tension from the belt and that isn't the case here.

There are 2 bolts on the end caps, then the bolts along the top center and the other bolts around the spark plug tubes.

I even removed the 2 bolts that hole the valve cover on.

Am I missing something or do I need to give it a wack?

There is this little bolt that holds the distributor to the end cap. In order to get the lifter assy out, you need to remove that bolt.


Just kick me down a flight of stairs.
