Pic of tinted PY itr
Anyone have some pics, read topic about tinting and i'm thinking of it as well but there were only pics of cw and black itrs, anyone have a pic of py with tint, i'm thinking about 35%. Thx in advance -rob
My car has 35% all around. Even though it is illegal to tint the driver/passenger windows, I have never been questioned about it.....and yes I have been pulled over by police a bunch of times. If I were to do it again I might consider 50%. Be careful when doing the top of the hatch glass - there's bubbles there that don't tint well - you either have to scrape the epoxy dots off with a razor or avoid tinting the very top.

Thanks for the props. The banner is on my car from the shop that does all my work - so it's kinda free advertising for him. Somedays I like it - other days
I'm putting in a roll cage as we speak and I will lose my sunshades as a result. So it will serve a purpose in the future. They actually are great if you go to the track a lot - you don't have time to pull the sunshade down while you are driving anyways.
DC2R714: I would avoid metallic tints if you are going to use a radar/laser detector - it will interfere with detection from the rear if your detector has a rear antenna.
