Default New Slicks???

i just got a new pair of slicks just wondering if there is a way to break them in should i soak them in track bite or anything there are no tracks open near me right now so i can not go to the track so i will be using them on the street until the track opens back up any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

why drive around with them on the street thats jus stupid ..... how about you save them for when the track opens up so that way you dont have to buy another pair when it does open up

wwell, you need to take it easy. do a nice easy 500 mile break in on the slicks. dont speed past 40mph though. then do some series of going up to 30mph and hard braking to 5mph. then do that all the way up to what your estimated trap speed is. this will help set them into race mode. you'll be good to go then

No track bite, no need to break them in. Go to the track and have fun.
